When you video record yourself, have you ever said this?  “I look unprofessional and sound ditzy,” or “My voice gets shaky and I sound like a nervous teenager in Speech class.”  These are just a few comments I have heard from women who are scared to step in front of a camera and press record.  But it doesn’t have to be this way.  This page is about you and how to get your name or company out there to your dream clients.  We’re focusing on you and your success!

If you’re like most solopreneurs, you want to increase your client list, revenue, and attract your target audience.

You need to get your voice, business, products, services, and launches not just understood, but seen and heard.

You need your potential clients to see you as:

An expert

Someone they know, like, trust, and can easily connect with

That’s why creating videos about your content is so important.  The numbers don’t lie: according to Google Trends, video marketing has been at an all time high for the past decade and has no intention of slowing down.

“Watch A Video”.

Now, some clients and fellow business owners I’ve worked with have told me:

  • I don’t like the sound of my own voice. It’s too squeaky, nasal, or shaky.
  • I’ve shot several videos but none of them came out right.
  • I just don’t feel comfortable being in front of a camera. I don’t like the way I look.  I always have bad hair days.  I have gained weight, and I have lost my self confidence.
  • I’m too busy working with clients.

Listen, I get it! I’ve heard them, and I hear you loud and clear, too.  Sometimes, well truly most of the time we look at success and measure it by other people’s terms, and not our own.  We also misuse and mistreat ourselves and the life we were given because of our self doubts.  But look at the time we’re wasting not going after our dreams, and forging ahead pursuing our passions.

Behind the scenes some of the most successful people are neurotics in some shape or form.  They may even walk around talking to themselves and do other weird things, but when it is time to take action they are not afraid to go after what they want.

We need to stop letting our self doubts cripple us into immobility.  Embrace and love who we are right now.  Only then are we really courageous and strong.

Another way to look at it is if you’re happy with your current SEO ranking, and you’re getting people to market your business for free, GREAT!  But if you feel that there is room to excel in your business, then you need to contact me so you can learn how to create a welcome video that will inspire people to sign up or buy your products.

Here’s the Scoop

As a Video Launch Strategist, I help introverted business owners, coaches, consultants, and strategists bring their words and visions to life by creating visual content that appeals to their target market.

My university education prepared me well for this role of a lifetime.  I volunteered as a student radio disc jockey.  I received hands-on training in audio and video production, and took a course in voice and diction. Now I am combining my educational and self-taught training to provide freelance services to help entrepreneurs re-purpose their content such as blogs, programs, webinars, and services into visually appealing messages that can be shared on various social and professional platforms.
