Who I Am

I’m not here to sing my praises.  I’m an educator, librarian, mentor/coach, and business owner.  I’ve been in rooms where I was leading the work but not acknowledged as a leader.

I know what it feels like to shrink your voice to protect your peace.

I teach professionals, especially those in service-driven roles like ours, how to lead without losing themselves.

I am not here to give you more responsibility. I am here to help you reclaim your power.
